Description
Red clover's brightly colored flowers contain many nutrients including calcium, chromium, magnesium, niacin, phosphorus, potassium, thiamine, and vitamin C.
They're also a rich source of isoflavones. Red clover is vitamin and mineral-rich. Red clover contains phytoestrogens and although not formally recognised, has been found to be antitumor. Native to Europe, west Asia and North Africa.
Common medicinal uses include: treatment of menopause symptoms, rids the body of excess estrogen.
