As spring rolls towards summer, this month’s Customer Spotlight is all about the humble cup of tea - and the people who blend them.
From a long-standing herbal dispensary whose practitioner-formulated blends are winning over a growing wholesale community, to an organic lifestyle and beauty brand whose first batch of herbal tea sold out in a week, Wildcraft Dispensary and Clémence Organics show what’s possible when you start with quality herbs. Let’s meet these wonderful Austral Herbs customers.
Wildcraft Dispensary creates premium harvest and organic herbal tea blends, all formulated by herbalist Diane McHugh, who brings more than 30 years of experience as a practitioner.
Alongside their blends, Wildcraft offers a curated range of single herbs in smaller quantities for individual use - available as a wholesaler, retailer and online store.
Wildcraft has been sourcing dried herbs from Austral Herbs for somewhere between 10 and 15 years - so long that the team isn’t quite sure exactly when it started!
Their blended teas have taken off over the past year, and with a growing wholesale community reordering again and again, having reliable bulk supply on hand has helped them keep up with demand.
The newest addition to the Wildcraft tea range - a blend created around women’s wellbeing.

Clémence Organics is an organic lifestyle and beauty brand spanning skincare, makeup and aromatherapy, founded by Bridget Carmady.
Bridget first bought from Austral Herbs around 10 years ago, back when she was practising as a naturopath - and we’re delighted to have her back!
Today, Bridget hand-blends our organic herbs into the Clémence Organics herbal tea range: Relax, Digest and Immune.
The range was an instant hit, with the very first batch selling out in just one week.
