We want your herbs, teas and spices to reach you quickly and smoothly. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship, deliver and track your order.

Shipping & Tracking

Where’s my order?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you can follow its journey using your tracking number.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
  • Enter your tracking number on the tracking page to see updates.
  • Please allow some time for the carrier to scan and refresh tracking information.

If your tracking has not updated for a few days or appears unusual, contact our Customer Happiness team and we’ll help locate your parcel.

Processing & Delivery Time

How long will my order take?

We break shipping into two parts: processing time and delivery time.

Order processing time

Our team generally picks, packs and prepares your order within 3–5 business days.

Delivery time (after dispatch)

After your order has left our warehouse, delivery typically takes:

  • Australia: approximately 2–8 business days
  • New Zealand: varies by location and carrier

Regional or remote areas may take slightly longer. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.

Shipping Options

For Australian orders, we offer:

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders $150 and over
  • $18 Flat Rate Standard Shipping on orders under $150
  • Express Shipping calculated at checkout

Available shipping options will appear at checkout based on your delivery address.

We currently ship to:

  • Australia
  • New Zealand

At this stage we do not ship to other countries.

We partner with reliable Australian carriers including:

  • Australia Post
  • StarTrack
  • TNT

The best carrier is selected automatically based on your location, order size and service availability.

Delivery Issues

My order says ā€œdeliveredā€ but I don’t have it

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot find your parcel:

  • Check around your property, mailbox, parcel locker or front entrance.
  • Ask neighbours, housemates or building management in case they accepted it.
  • If the parcel is still missing, contact our Customer Happiness team with your order number and tracking number so we can investigate.
My order is taking longer than expected

Occasionally a parcel may take a longer route than usual.

If your order is outside the expected timeframe or tracking has not updated for several business days, get in touch with us and we’ll look into it for you.
