Loulou’s Tea was founded by Maria Ishikawa aka Loulou, an herbalist and breathwork & meditation facilitator, originally from Japan.
They offer personalised, Japanese tea blends, based on customers’ quiz results, to help target specific wellness needs, such as sleep, energy, digestion, and stress relief.
Loulou’s Tea utilises only the finest Austral Herbs organic ingredients, selecting a variety of herbs and mushroom powders from us.
Each formula is unique and combines Japanese tea leaves with adaptogens, functional mushrooms, and organic botanicals. Austral Herbs’ ingredients form the therapeutic foundation of their Day and Night teas, which are sold online as part of a holistic tea ritual.

Their services include Massage, Energetic Healing, and Naturopathy - while their “Wall of Herbal Teas” is a must-see.
Gnostic Healing has been an Austral Herbs customer for many years, ordering a wide range of our dried organic herbs.
Some of their most popular offerings include their Immune-Boosting blends and Detox blends. They also assist customers who like to create their own blends by mixing the individual herbs for them.
