Description
Peppermint is antispasmodic, antiseptic, anaesthetic, astringent, analgesic and diaphoretic.
It’s considered a tonic, decongestant, stimulant, stomachic and antiemetic. Common medicinal use include: relieves nausea and motion sickness, helps IBS symptoms, aids in relieving hangovers, decrease flatulence, calms, restores and lends clarity, relieves toothaches and headaches, clears throat, boosts energy.
