Safflower has a rich, sweet aroma that can hold up to cooking.
Organic Safflower Petals are sweetly aromatic with a mild flavour, ideal for culinary usage. It’s high niacin (also known as Vitamin B3) and can be consumed to relieve gastric cramping, mild fevers and skin complaints. Although similar in name and appearance, it is not to be confused with dried saffron. It’s employed globally as a natural food dye in many different cuisines, including margarine.
