Description
Cramp bark is anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, astringent, a muscle relaxant and sedative, native to Northern Asia and Europe.
Medicinal uses include: relief of abdominal cramps, bloating and backache. Calms the cardiovascular system, tones the uterus.
