Description
Hops are the green cones surrounding the female flower of the hops plant.
They are antibiotic, antimicrobial and antispasmodic. This herb is also liver stimulating, a diuretic, a sedative, astringent and a blood cleanser. Hops is native to England and Europe and well known as a primary ingredient in beer.
Common medicinal uses include: to aid digestion, as a natural remedy for PMS and menopause, relieves IBS, reduces fluid retention, treats insomnia, tension and anxiety, relieves pain, reduces fever, kills intestinal worms.
