Description
Senna is a herb that comes from several different flowering species of the Cassia plant.
The leaves, flowers and fruits of the Senna plant have been used in tea as a laxative or stimulant for centuries, and also as a weight loss aid. Senna is a wonderful herb for the skin, and in Ayurvedic medicine it is used to heal ringworms, wounds and burns.
Senna is anti-bacterial, making it supportive for those with acne, and is known to increase strength in hair, combat hair loss and be used as a natural highlighter.
