Description
Green tea is commonly used in the production of foods and beverages, due to its anti-oxidant properties.
Camellia sinensis is native to China and has been used to make green tea for thousands of years. It’s famous for its high antioxidant content and used all over the world in food and drinks. It contains caffeine but has a wonderful, smooth natural flavour that is best enjoyed when brewed at 80 degrees celsius.
